IPH Centermanagement is a joint venture between IPH Handelsimmobilien and the IC Group. It is specialized in the management of shopping centers and complex retail parks, as well as in integrated property management.

We are responsible for over twenty retail properties throughout Germany. As the largest independent center manager, we exclusively represent the interests of our clients. Our services are provided on a modular basis, adapted to meet the individual needs of our clients.

More than 160 proven retail specialists work in our group: Business, real estate and e-commerce experts as well as economic geographers. They have unique knowledge of and contact to tenants, the market and sector data. This facilitates strategic foresight, effective marketing, good leasing performance and a reliable perception of visitor experience and footfall. Leasing is becoming ever more challenging as many retailers are being more cautious and taking longer when making decisions due to strategic uncertainties (regarding the relationship between online and offline activities). Joint Venture

IPH Handelsimmobilien GmbH and the IC Real Estate Group have combined their commercial and real estate competence in center management in a joint venture, IPH Centermanagement GmbH.

According to the EHI Shopping Report 2018, the new joint venture is ranked fifth among all shopping center management companies and is Germany's largest independent center management company. Our most important assets are our employees. They are among the top experts in their field.

With the joint venture, we can offer retail real estate owners a comprehensive range of services for adapting their real estate to reflect the changing conditions and to make the properties fit for the future.
