The development concepts of our project developments are based on substantiated market and location analyses that include letting revenue forecasts. The architecture concept and profitability analysis built on these concepts are the basis for the letting. Assistance in the approval process includes talking to political and public authorities and creating compatibility assessments. Our mandate bars us from doing our own property deals. Only in this way we are able to represent the interests of the most different principals: institutional and private investors, retail property owners, lessors of a lease in perpetuity, lawyers in the urban development plan procedure, retail property managements, project developers, commercial companies etc.
