We consult occupants and owners in matters of shop, center, and store area letting and also of aquisitions of existing companies. We broker letting and tenure contracts for projected and existing objects. Our market and industry knowlege ensures that the objects are marketed without waste coverage and that all economic parameters are assessed in conformance to the market.
We talk in the language of the users, drawing upon the know how of the industry specialists of our parent company, BBE Handelsberatung. Since our job is consulting retail companies in matters of expansion, location strategies,profitability, and sales forecasts, we are also competent partners for the negotiation of letting and tenure agreements. Contract conditions and building specifications from all retail industries are our daily business. Our staff includes former managers of company expansions. For letting, we draw on the business connections of all our consolidated companies. We thereby have contact to all well-known international, national, and regional occupants of the retail industry.
